 3D Panel Production Line

Six Characteristics:

1.     Vertical Desined

The whole production line is vertical designed.It settle the high lack-welding rate problem of horizontal type.It makes operation and maintenance much easier.

2.     Unique wire-threading mechanism

Cut short wire in advance and insert it into polystyrene panel by wire-threading multiple disadvantages of cutting while welding beside the machine.

3.     Smart Welding Holder

It makes the weld pressure more evenly and more strongly so that the solder joint can be steady.

4.     Smooth and Steady continous operation

The length of net sheet is equal to the length of polystyrene panel.So the connection of panel to panel is more convenient.The first panel can easily separate from the next one after welded.

5.     Wide choice of core material

The core material could be complete-panel-type rock(mineral) wool,polystyrene,expanded perlite and so on.The application of rock(mineral)wool and expanded perlite could rise the fireproofing level of light sandwich panel.

6.     Wide choice of panel type

There are many choice of the panel length and the thickness of the core material.The three types of panel could meet different needs of users.It can be made of special shape such as curved panel and so on.It also can be use as floorslab or roof boarding.

The 3D Panel production line including 3DW-A Steel Net Welding Machine Unit and CH-I Steel Net Light Sandwich Panel Inserted Wire Welding Machine Unit.

Part A: 3DW-A Steel Net Welding Machine

It is highly automated and controlled by PLC system.

Welded wire mesh size: Φ2.03-2.5mm

Length within 3.5 m can be cut by automatic cutting, length over 3.5 m should be declared in advance.

Welding speed 55 steps/min, capacity 3.3m²/min.

Part B: CH-I Steel Net Light Sandwich Panel Inserted Wire Welding Machine Unit.

Length 2.4m-3.5m (or by discussion),width 1200mm,

Core block thickness:50mmn,60mm,70mm,80mm,90mm,100mm

Capacity not less than 70m²/h.
